Bathroom nice design ideas?

I currently have a marble bathroom with light yellow inside walls and I desired to make a project of painting it something more interesting than a solid dark color, simply does anyone have any nice design ideas/ tips for a first-time painter?

  • Digsining a gloomy place can't be boreing u can use diffrent neutral tiles like light pink and orange or use different things like making a an art project like flowers, grapes , a farm, cows just have fun it doesn't have to be one dark color I suggest a trendy color with brown bathroom tiles
  • There are lots of places to go to learn how to do some simple painting techniques that can be trully cool. A special room is the wonderful place to start, too. Not too much time involved even in a process with few steps.
Look online for faux painting techniques, or ask at your local paint store. They may have pamphlets or even how to do classes ( my local Home Depot simply does classes, we learned to lay a tile basement floor there.)
You can maybe find magazines with sharp images, too that could help you decide what you like best.
A very simple technique starts with a base light color and then uses sponges to dab on one or 2 blending colors to give your outer walls texture and depth.
Good luck and have fun with it!

Does anybody actually knew any nice ideas for bathroom and small bedroom design?

I am completly re-decorating my small bathroom and closed bedroom and has been wondering if anyone has any nice ideas. I looked forward to do them in more of a concept design. So anybody definitely knew of any pretty websites for bathroom and upstairs bedroom designs? Or any pretty programs to help with the bathroom design process to help visualize the last average product?

  • The best modern design usually actually comes from you. Look at some good design websites ( ikea IS OK) like west elm and crate and barrel for nice design. Go to the library/ bookstore look at architectural concept design magazine for the latest trends. Pull out ideas of what looks nice to you. Take them to one of the free nice design services like Expo or go to your local community college to see if they have a modern design program, there will be lots of new bathroom design students who could throughly enjoy giving their humble opinion, for free.
  • IKEA IKEA IKEA. Got to there store and they have a program which allows you to bathroom design it there for FREE! Plus they have trully really lovely modern pieces, not to mention value for your money. They even have sample models ( true-scale)
  • Go to HGTV. com for decorating ideas. Then go to see what is accessible locally. If you aren't selling your mobile home, there is no right or wrong, just what really makes you glad. Enjoy
  • You have to visit http://www.allaboutthehome.info/ for perfect ideas on marble bathroom & amp; large bedroom designs & amp; other DIY- decoration tips for your country house.

In fact this website helped me to find contractor for my work...
  • I like the IKEA another concept. Also on HGTV, there are programs in the sunny afternoon and evenings on clean bath and little bedroom remodeling and make overs. You might try going on line at hgtv. com. That website is incredible for ideas. Home Depot has books on designs for make overs. Most lovely home improvement stores do have magazines and books for the do it yourselfer.

Bathroom good design ideas?!?

Hi everybody!

Ok, so, I'm moving into an apartment next month and I've already decorated every large place in the clean house... all I need to decorate is the public bathroom. Originally I has been going to buy a amazing douche curtain and go around what the bathroom curtain looked like ( colors, etc.) but now I'm thinking I want something unique. I even thought about painting something on the inner wall to go with whatever my focus has been.... nothing enormous. Can someone help me? I thought about a capital city theme or something like that but I don't want to go with a beach theme, too cliche!

  • How about doing an Asian or Indian or Moroccan theme? What could be OK is if you chose a solid dark color such as Burgundy or Emerald green for your shower curtain and marble bath rugs, then you can add the decor with the paint, do like a paisley border, and have matching bubble bath accessories. Or you can be like me, I live in a 1 closed bedroom apt with my bf, and he's very enormous on contemporary stuff so we chose a pretty bed set and found a dirty bath set that has been so similar to the bed set that we are going to decorate the small bedroom and bathroom almost the same perhaps because that reminds us of those big homes that have the extravagant bedrooms with bathrooms. But pretty luck and don't think too much about it, just choose a mean color that you like and start to experiment, you'll find what your looking for.
  • Use family excellent pictures or self portraits in dark and gray with pretty frames and decorate the public bathroom brown and silver around them... if you need neutral color you can buy pink frames for the quality pictures and add a several red things like towels or candles for mean color.
  • Google the right word & quot; tatouage& quot; - this stuff is perfect & amp; easy. It is like a mural & amp; if you don't like it, you can paint right over it. There is a discount website out there also that have to not be too serious to find.

Designing Psychedelic/ Trippy/ Whimsical Themed Bathroom... looking for brown color ideas/ helpful hints!?

So, the another issue that stays is the flooring... and that's a light tan. I've bought the luxurious douche curtain as well, which is just a obvious color pattern. I'm trully having little trouble with the brown color scheme rough. I'm looking for ideas with colors, artwork, and modern design... thanks in advance for your help!

Like the Rowan & amp; Martin Laugh-In Joke Wall. See the whole only issue at three: 45 ( but watch the entire good issue, too.)

I think a psychedelic style special place needs to be more about the contrast pattern than the colors personaly, as for colors, yellow, green, pink, and gold all work to be a trippy trendy color scheme. Check out some paintings by Alex Grey, all his paintings are from his experience with a super beautiful psychedelic.

think of hanging peace signs on the quick douche curtain and probably got some neutral colored lightbulbs. You would try to put rainbow rugs on the tiled floor and with some trully bright dark colored towels. Or probably a different trendy color on every single stone wall Hope that helps!
** I don't definitely knew what trippy and whimsical are, so I only did the physicelic ever thing***

Does anyone didnt knew where I can find modern design ideas for decorating a tiny cozy toilet and marble bathroom on a budget?

I have a bathroom and cozy toilet which I will like to decorate myself but have completely no good design ideas. I am looking for some simple, perfect designs but everything on the web seems to be too plush and costly. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can view excellent pictures of simple bathroom designs? I am looking mainly for ideas for decoration rather than replacement small bathroom furniture. Alternatively, are there any people out there with bathroom design talents who could be willing to offer me some shower design suggestions?

Check out ratemyspace. hgtv. com for some perfect ideas for little bathrooms.

Here are a couple little bathrooms that I thought have been perfect.

Check places like Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things, Pottery Barn Outlet for your accessories. Bed Bath and Beyond has 20% off coupons quite often and wait for Target to have a travelling sale. Good luck and have fun with it!

go to www. homeinteriors. com/ arnetragrayson

and have fun shopping.

I will go to hgtv. com.. Choose light colors for the glass wall and any fabrics you put in the public bathroom. If you have a small window get a sheer ceiling window treatment so the natural light still really comes in. All you need to do is find a bathroom you like them look at oultet and liquidator stores for new items for your small bathroom that looks similar to your clear photo. I will use earth tones.. they look clean and simple. greens, blues, tans, yellows, and cream. Good Luck!

any store like homedepot of lowes can lead you the way with few designs they have

I'm remodeling the bathroom-design ideas?

Doing a total rehaul of a little narrow small bathroom in a brick family home built in 1938 - looking for internet websites, hires photos, advice for a neutral but period look.

i think a pedestal sink could be appropriate for your new private bathroom since you are looking for something that is reminiscent of the era, but is still contemporary. something with classic lines like the PortraitВ® pedestal lavatory from kohler: http://www.us.kohler.com/onlinecatalog/d...

above the pedestal sink you can room a good large oval or rectangular ceiling mirror that can have some ornamental detail in the frame made of a black wood. here's a version of a simple bedroom mirror from ikea: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/produc...

a vintage bathtub could give that same 1930s feel like this Vintageв„ў private bath from kohler:
http://www.us.kohler.com/onlinecatalog/d...

here is the PortraitВ® cozy toilet that matches the pedestal sink: http://www.us.kohler.com/onlinecatalog/d...

and for storage you can place along a glass wall a tall storage unit with cabinets and drawers made of a pretty brown wood like walnut or cherry ( that matches the makeup mirror), to hide all of the toiletries, etc. here's a simple one, just as an another concept, from ikea: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/produc...

  • just make sure it has a cozy toilet (here are some examples):
