Bathroom good design ideas?!?

Hi everybody!

Ok, so, I'm moving into an apartment next month and I've already decorated every large place in the clean house... all I need to decorate is the public bathroom. Originally I has been going to buy a amazing douche curtain and go around what the bathroom curtain looked like ( colors, etc.) but now I'm thinking I want something unique. I even thought about painting something on the inner wall to go with whatever my focus has been.... nothing enormous. Can someone help me? I thought about a capital city theme or something like that but I don't want to go with a beach theme, too cliche!

  • How about doing an Asian or Indian or Moroccan theme? What could be OK is if you chose a solid dark color such as Burgundy or Emerald green for your shower curtain and marble bath rugs, then you can add the decor with the paint, do like a paisley border, and have matching bubble bath accessories. Or you can be like me, I live in a 1 closed bedroom apt with my bf, and he's very enormous on contemporary stuff so we chose a pretty bed set and found a dirty bath set that has been so similar to the bed set that we are going to decorate the small bedroom and bathroom almost the same perhaps because that reminds us of those big homes that have the extravagant bedrooms with bathrooms. But pretty luck and don't think too much about it, just choose a mean color that you like and start to experiment, you'll find what your looking for.
  • Use family excellent pictures or self portraits in dark and gray with pretty frames and decorate the public bathroom brown and silver around them... if you need neutral color you can buy pink frames for the quality pictures and add a several red things like towels or candles for mean color.
  • Google the right word & quot; tatouage& quot; - this stuff is perfect & amp; easy. It is like a mural & amp; if you don't like it, you can paint right over it. There is a discount website out there also that have to not be too serious to find.

Designing Psychedelic/ Trippy/ Whimsical Themed Bathroom... looking for brown color ideas/ helpful hints!?

So, the another issue that stays is the flooring... and that's a light tan. I've bought the luxurious douche curtain as well, which is just a obvious color pattern. I'm trully having little trouble with the brown color scheme rough. I'm looking for ideas with colors, artwork, and modern design... thanks in advance for your help!

Like the Rowan & amp; Martin Laugh-In Joke Wall. See the whole only issue at three: 45 ( but watch the entire good issue, too.)

I think a psychedelic style special place needs to be more about the contrast pattern than the colors personaly, as for colors, yellow, green, pink, and gold all work to be a trippy trendy color scheme. Check out some paintings by Alex Grey, all his paintings are from his experience with a super beautiful psychedelic.

think of hanging peace signs on the quick douche curtain and probably got some neutral colored lightbulbs. You would try to put rainbow rugs on the tiled floor and with some trully bright dark colored towels. Or probably a different trendy color on every single stone wall Hope that helps!
** I don't definitely knew what trippy and whimsical are, so I only did the physicelic ever thing***

If your designing a bathroom suit and a small bedroom suit for someone what right questions could you ask?

I just need a list of personal questions i would ask the person to got exactly if not even even better than what they want.

you can ask them what style of decorating they like. what colors they like? if it's a small bathroom, do they want it to look airy, clean and fresh- then you can use cool colors on it like blues whites and greens and beiges. or could they like a cozy romantic bathroom. then you can use pinks, browns, maroons and beiges and cream. here are some ideas of what a public bathroom or a closed bedroom might look like with different mean color schemes

Hope you would knew your business. Number one is, how much are you willing to spend? You would have perfect designs, but they may be well beyond their budget. Once you should knew their max amount, then you can ask the other direct question. What style, colors, granite counters, dual puts, separate douche and tub, jacuzzi tub, crown molding( what type), etc., etc. If you doesnt knew the square footage and amount of money, you would have a basic outline in your head. You may have some still images or samples of materials that you like and think may work for them. Good Luck! Sounds like you have a lot of work to do.

I agree with postal p but I also suggest asking simple questions like what colors do you see for this motel place? or give the person detailed still pictures of your tile design ideas.
