Bathroom, Shower Design, Open douche, Wet living place???

I saw an session of MTV cribs one time with this model, dont should knew her name but she presented off her bathroom and I LOVED her shower. it has been open, no cheap douche doors or quick shower walls, just an open bathroom with alot of tile, a big ceiling mirror and a rolling ( on the ceiling) simple douche curtain. I CANNOT find that session online, and I AM DYING to use that bathroom design in my new country house, if anyone obviously knows the type of small bathroom or quick douche design that it is, PLEASE give me your input. I also heard it might be called an open water douche or a moist sleeping room, but I would not find any still picture to correspond with the image in my head. THANKS!!!!

  Whenever we think to concept design a bathroom, we imagine a limited space in mind. Therefore, light and pale shades are always preferred as those tones give an illusion of large space. These shades can be blended easily with other accessories of private bathroom such as bathtub, washbasin etc. If you want to add any potent or strong element of brown color on one inner wall, be sure it could open up the space.

• it is called a wet special place i have two in my older house. The good design is an open plan bathroom. google pictures type in wetrooms and that would show you heaps of clear images.
• well why not go to country home depot and got the types of things that model had. describe it ot the people nad they could certainly knew what your talking about.

The marble bathroom is in my basement. Should we make it attractive and girly like we want to? Or have to it match our beige basement?

It is possible to do a sweet tiny bit of both!
You can always do fairly neutral tile and stone walls... and got some fantastic & amp; girly art work, and accessories. That way it's easier to change things if you got tired of it.
UNLESS $$ is no object, then go for it, and do the entire thingy girly... chandelier, metallic shimmer glass square tiles, framed ceiling mirror, sconces.... etc.!

Redesign or redecorate? Is it paint and decor as opposed to ripping it out and making it into a space 2 girls can use efficiently? Who uses the space... if it is only you girls... go all out girly.. if it is shared with males... consider that pals embarrass easily over pink anything.

Where can I find someone to help us good design a little kitchen and bathroom?

We bought a cottage type room that has no little kitchen in it at all and a small bath with just a clear toilet and douche, we are having terrible trouble figuring out what to do that could look lovely. Is their a virtual website that we can go to or someone that can concept design something that wont cost a fortune for them to plan something

Hire a expert so you got it right the first time. It's too costly a job for a do it yourself mistake. Home Depot and Lowes also offer some help but I will still look for an outside pro whose talent is focused on kitchens and baths.

Lowes or Home Depot can help you. Go to them and ask to meet with one of their contractors. They can help you pick a tile design as well with what they have accessible. Check few places and don't decide on anyone until you feel comforatable with them, and until they meet you in your budget parameters.

Go to Lowes or Home Depot or any large DIY store with your dimensions. They have trained staff to help with layout and you can got your costs based on your material selections.

They also have installers who can do the job if it is too much for you.

call a contractor it will save you in the long run, I hate when homeowners try and take on projects of that size and i have to go in and redo everything. such a waste of money

What programs are the best when you try to shower design a remodeling project, bathroom kitchen, basement etc?

i wnat to start make some designs for remodeling project , what progam are the best, i want to be 3d be able to see the plase from diferent angles, to be able to use existing cheap products ( like furniture and square tiles and sink ) on market ..

  Easy to learn--I've used it for deck good design and planning remodeling projects at my ordinary house. You can view the bored house from any angle, including beneath and above. My son used it to try out various ways of rearranging the furniture in his dorm guest place.
• I use 3D Home Architect. I bought it May 2006 to concept design plans for Fire rebuild of my parents house because I needed to submit plans for permits.
  Not an easy learning curve but very effective. Think I spent ~$ 100 at CompUSA.
  You can move the 3D cameras anywhere and add to the database of fixtures/ furniture/ etc and/ or custom edit most everything.
  I ended up doing four more sets of plans for my friends' projects.

DESIGNING BATHROOM! HELP PLEASE!?

I am building a new country house and my gloomy place is a soft contemporary look. This is the sink that i love.

The only common problem is that it doesn't have the faucet tight holes on the sink it has to go on the counter behind it. Does anybody have and suggestions for A sink literally the same except with facet different holes directly on it? I am up for and suggestions.

That sink is meaned to have enough lounge place for the faucet to go behind it. Just got a regular bathroom vanity and either put granite or tile on it. Have whoever installs it to drill your small holes for your sink.

As in any other part of the beige house, it is very imperative that you proper planning go into the marble bathroom.... Add enough bathroom cabinets and main only issue use a quality one...
